Established in 2006, Alan Co. is a reliable manufacturer of aluminum and UPVC doors and windows, designer and executor of modern facades for buildings, and has two production lines located in Tehran and Mashhad.
This Company has obtained validated global certifications, such as ISO 45001, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and IMS. It aims to respond the clients in the best way possible by using modern machinery with “Elumatec Germany” brand, engineering and technical knowledge, consultants, experts, and experienced employees in the field of design, production, and implementation. Seeking to satisfy the customers and increase products quality, the Company purchases raw materials from top manufacturers in this industry, including profiles of Rainers Co. (Belgium), Schüco (Germany), Asas & Lena Rosa (Turkey), and Akpa (Iran) and ironmongeries from European brands, such as GU-ROTO-ZIGENIA.
Alan factory with 2,600 m 2 was built in land with 5,000 square meters in the High Technologies Industrial District. Advanced machinery made by ELUMATEC (Germany) and STRUTS (Switzerland) is used in this factory to manufacture UPVC and aluminum doors and windows, and aluminum and composite façade. These machinery and processes are constantly supervised and maintained by ELUMATEC Company.
An advantage of this factory is the inclusion of the ELUMATEC four-head welding machine in the UPVC line and the SBZ151 ELUMATEC machine in the aluminum line. Additionally, the inclusion of precision machinery and CNC in aluminum lines has made the implementation of specific and complex façades with aluminum profiles and unitized systems in curtain wall façades possible. The main capital of the Alan technology, in addition to advanced machinery, is technical knowledge, technical and specialized training, valid certificates, Periodic inspections, permanent technical support from reputable companies, such as ELUMATEC Company (Germany) in the field of machinery, specialized tools, and CNC program, Aluplast (Germany) and WINTECH (Turkey) in the field of Roto UPVC, SIEGENIA (Germany) and Accado (Turkey) in the field of ironmongery, o REYNAERS (Belgium) and Aksoy (Turkey) in the field of aluminum windows, design, and implementation of various building façades, ORGADATA (Germany) in the field of façade, door, and windows design programs.
